Impulse Paramedic App Support

Support for students and instructors using the Impulse Paramedic mobile app.

The Impulse Paramedic app provides authorized Impulse Training Academy Paramedic Program students and instructors with access to class schedules, announcements, clinical and ALS team-lead progress information, and other program resources. If you are experiencing an issue with the app, we're here to help.

Account & Sign-In Help

Access to the Impulse Paramedic app is limited to authorized students, instructors, and approved program personnel. Accounts are created and managed by Impulse Training Academy. You do not create your own account within the app.

If you cannot sign in, have forgotten your password, believe your account has been disabled, or are seeing information for the wrong account or role, please contact us for assistance.

Schedule & Class Information

The app provides access to the current Paramedic Program class schedule, including class dates, times, topics, and instructor assignments.

If the schedule does not appear to be current, confirm that your device has an internet connection and try refreshing the schedule within the app. If information displayed in the app differs from instructions provided by Impulse Training Academy, please contact us.

Clinical & ALS Team Lead

Authorized students may see clinical-hour and ALS team-lead progress information within the app.

This information is provided as a convenient way to monitor your progress and should not replace official program records.
If you believe your displayed totals are incorrect, please contact us so the information can be reviewed.

Notifications

The Impulse Paramedic app may use push notifications to provide announcements and other important program information.

If you are not receiving notifications, check that notifications are enabled for Impulse Paramedic in your iPhone Settings, confirm that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not blocking alerts, and make sure your device has an internet connection.

Technical Support

If the app is not working as expected, try closing and reopening the app, confirming that you are using the latest version, checking your internet connection, and restarting your iPhone.

If the issue continues, please contact us and include a brief description of the problem, the screen or feature where it occurred, and a screenshot if possible. Please do not send your password by email.
